The European Court of Human Rights (ECHR) condemned France on Thursday June 23 for having imposed an excessively heavy prison sentence on Jean-Marc Rouillan, co-founder of the far-left armed group Direct Action, condemned to 18 months in prison, eight of which are closed for apologizing for terrorism.
