Iranian President Ebrahim Raisi affirmed that his country will win the economic war imposed on it, stressing that the policy of sanctions against his country is doomed to failure.
Raisi said in a speech today in North Khorasan Province, "The Iranian people have been patient and resisted the sanctions imposed on them... and the United States has officially announced that its maximum pressure on Iran has blatantly failed."
Raisi added, "I tell the Americans, do not talk to the Iranian people with the language of force, as it does not help. The Iranian people have overcome the war, won it, and resisted for 40 years. Therefore, they will definitely win the economic war as well."
The Iranian president referred to the attempts of his country's enemies to wage an economic and media war to sow despair among the Iranian people, calling on Iranian officials to spread hope by working on the ground.
