This is the price at which a 44.62 m2 apartment, located on the 4th and last floor of a building with elevator on rue d'Orsel, in the 18th arrondissement of Paris, sold last May.
That a company manager has agreed to pay nearly 800,000 euros in cash for this small three-room apartment, i.e. 50% more expensive compared to the average price of real estate in the sector — around 12,000 per m2 — n It's not surprising, observes Marie Beauchet, director of the Barnes-Martyrs agency: "The living room of this refurbished property with high-end services has a direct view of the Sacré-Coeur and its gardens, offers unobstructed views in all rooms”.
