A barn in Gaißach burned out completely on Wednesday evening.
The police are now investigating six young boys for arson.
Gaißach - On Wednesday around 9.30 p.m., several calls were received by the inspection that a barn on the footpath from Gaißach Dorf in the direction of Bad Tölz / Winet would burn.
The Tölz fire brigade wrote in its mission report that the scene of the fire could be seen from afar thanks to the bright glow of the fire.
Although the fire brigades from Gaißach and Bad Tölz were quickly on site, all that was left of the barn was a charred skeleton.

She and the Florian disciples from Gaißach quickly arrived at the scene of the fire after the alarm was raised and fought the flames.
However, she was no longer able to prevent "the barn from burning out completely and only the charred skeleton remained," according to the police press report.
Hay and wood chips were stored in the barn.
Six young boys admit to having smoked and drunk in the barn
In the immediate vicinity of the scene of the fire, a police patrol met six young boys from Bad Tölz and Wackersberg between the ages of 15 and 21 on the footpath.
The officers determined that the young people had previously smoked and drunk in the barn and had apparently caused the fire.
The group is now being investigated for arson.
Teenager hospitalized with suspected alcohol poisoning
A youth also had to be taken to the hospital in Agatharied by ambulance on suspicion of alcohol poisoning.
The volunteer fire brigades from Gaißach and Bad Tölz were in action for more than three hours.
According to the police, the resulting property damage is estimated at around 50,000 euros.
