At the age of 96, Queen Elizabeth parted with her uniform look for the first time, although she was giving up a real trademark.
Royal fans consistently find positive words for the new hairstyle.
London – The fact that the tradition-conscious Queen Elizabeth II (96) decides on a new cut after decades in a uniform look is a small sensation.
Perhaps the regent, who has just celebrated her 70th jubilee, just wanted to feel some summer freshness.
But the fans did not miss the type change.

The Queen shows off her new look on two new Buckingham Palace Instagram posts.
Both the Archbishop of Canterbury, Justin Welby (66), and Margaret Beazley (79), the governor of New South Wales, were the first to experience the regent's fresh look up close at the audiences after the throne jubilee.
Since neither the monarch nor the palace spokesman responded to the new appearance with a syllable, it was up to the royal fans to notice and comment on the surprise on the crowned head.
From the pleasantly fit appearance of the Queen without a walking stick to the appreciation of the new hairstyle and her gorgeous outfit - the observers were quickly in agreement in their enthusiasm.

Should the Queen, according to the Dailymail, be fit enough to make the annual trip to Scotland for Holyrood Week, as per the plan and according to her wishes, more pictures of the newly coiffed regent should soon be in circulation.
