If we look at all the controversy of Korach and his committee, it seems that the women who created the controversy and the heart of the controversy were the women (Photo: ShutterStock)

This coming Shabbat we will read in the synagogue the Parashat Korach where the Torah tells us the story of Korach who set fire to Moshe Rabbeinu and ended up swallowed up in the ground.

The Admor Rabbi Yoshiyahu

Pinto, the leader of Shuva Yisrael, expanded on his lesson and explained:

Sanhedrin Kat :) Shaun Ben Pelat was an important and wise man from the tribe of Reuben, one of the main people who were with Korach in one piece of advice to stand up and revolt against Moshe Rabbeinu. On Ben Ben Pelat's wife was wise and said to her husband, He will be the president of the people of Israel in place of Moses and here too nothing came of it, so do not get into this controversy.

On Ben Pelat's wife said she would help him get out of it, went and watered him wine that fell asleep and sat in the doorway, took off her head covering and curled her hair.

The people who were with Korach were righteous people there, when they came to call him and saw her in the doorway of the house that she had open hair, said it was not a modest thing, turned around and went, did not enter the house.

When On Ben Pelat woke up it was already late and everyone was swallowed up in the ground, nothing was left of them.

It is seen that On Ben Pelat's wife wisely and wisely got him out of the controversy by playing with her hair.

Whereas in Korach we see that Sages tell us something of a great miracle, the Gemara says (Pesachim Kit.) Rabbi Hama (Bar) Hanina said three of Joseph's coffins were buried in Egypt, one was revealed to the ice and one was revealed to Antoninus son of Assyria, and one was hidden to future righteous people. So one-third of all the treasures were with Korach who was wise and rich and righteous and all the great virtues were in him and the holy Aryan says that the end of the verses (Psalms tortoise, thirteen)

When Gd commanded to appoint the tribe of Levi to be priests for Hashem, they had to take a razor and shave all the hairs that were in the body of all the Levites, clean them of all hair to prepare and purify the Levites for work for Hashem and then they would wave the Levites. Very rich, they took his hair off his head, hands, feet from all over his body and waved it in the air. Like a king, so said Korach's wife and in these words incited him to stand up and stand against Moshe Rabbeinu and make the great destruction and the severe controversy written for generations and forever and ever, the controversy of Korach and his committee.

And the Torah says "and the sons of Korah did not die" (in the wilderness 26:11) Korach died but his sons did not die they remained, every generation and generation that there is a wise disciple who rose up against him, it is from the sons of Korach and his committee.

From the same controversy that Korach's wife incited him to the hair that was shaved and waved at him, from there the destruction began.

Two women are seen here, On Ben Ben Pelat's wife saved him thanks to hair and brought redemption to the world, Korach's wife degraded him and the world to great destruction because of hair.
