Three children were killed by strong winds and torrential rains that swept the Pakistani port city of Karachi.
The Xinhua news agency quoted the authorities as saying: "Heavy rains accompanied by strong winds led to the collapse of the roof of a house in the town of Milat in the southern city of Karachi, killing two children from two different families, one aged seven and the other six."
In separate incidents, an eight-year-old boy was killed in Ganesar Goth district in Mahmudabad, and a 50-year-old was killed.
He died in the "Gulshan-i-Aisha" area as a result of the collapse of walls on them.
