The Ministry of the Interior of the Turkish regime announced the killing of two Turkish soldiers and the wounding of a third in armed clashes in southeastern Turkey.
The Anadolu news agency, speaking on behalf of the Turkish regime, quoted the ministry as saying in a statement today, "Clashes erupted between the forces of the Turkish regime and militants of the Kurdistan Workers Party (PKK) in Diyarbakir, which led to the killing of two soldiers and the injury of a third."
The southeastern regions of Turkey are witnessing increasing tension due to the arbitrary military campaigns and measures applied by the forces of the regime of Turkish President Recep Tayyip Erdogan against the people of those areas.
