"The Supreme Court has become a political weapon," according to a constitutional lawyer

Constitutional lawyer Rafael Peñalver explained in an interview with Camilo that currently "we are victims of an inadequate process for the nomination of judges to the Supreme Court," for which the laws of the United States change depending on who occupies the highest court, becoming into a kind of "political weapon" to favor certain sectors of the citizenry.
