The authorities in the southern Ukrainian city of Kherson announced today the death of an official in a car bombing.
Sputnik news agency quoted the press service of the Military and Civil Administration in Kherson as saying that "the head of the Family, Youth and Sports Department of the city administration, Dmitry Savluchenko, died as a result of the terrorist bombing...
