Fatal traffic accident in Eichenallee

District - Yesterday, Thursday, at around 11:55 p.m., a serious traffic accident with a fatal outcome occurred on state road St 2068 near Delling.
At the time of the accident, a 23-year-old from Herrsching was driving his BMW car along Eichenallee in the direction of Herrsching.
Immediately after Delling, the young man came off the road to the left in a slight right-hand bend, for reasons that have not yet been clarified, and apparently collided with a tree without braking.
The driver, who was alone in the vehicle, suffered fatal injuries as a result of the collision.
The car was severely damaged in the collision and was found lying on its roof by first responders immediately after the incident.
The summoned rescue workers could only determine the death of Herrschinger.
The traces show no evidence of third-party fault or a technical defect.
An expert was called in to further clarify the accident. The material damage caused is estimated at around 5,000 euros.
The roadway was completely blocked by the Seefeld municipality's fire brigade for the period during which the accident was recorded.
