Six trucks caught fire during the night (Friday) in the city of Majar in the Lower Galilee.
Firefighters and rescuers arrived at the scene, and managed to take control of it without causing further damage to nearby trucks, or the ignition reached the diesel tanks in the trucks themselves.
The circumstances of the case are being investigated.
Upon receiving the report of the fire, six teams of firefighters from the Tiberias fire station were called to the scene.
They noticed the six trucks burning in front of them, when there was a real danger that the fire would reach the diesel tanks connected to them.
Firefighters managed to contain the blaze, and in the process, locals evacuated the trucks near a safe place.
No additional property was damaged in the incident, and there were no casualties.
The circumstances of the outbreak of the fire will be investigated by a fire investigator.
