Erding – For the 43rd time, the district of Erding invites all citizens to the "Festival of International Encounters".
The colorful festival takes place on Saturday, June 25th from 12:00 p.m. to 10:00 p.m. on the grounds of the district music school in Erding.
The entrance is free, of course.
The event was brought to life in 1978 by the district administrator at the time, Hans Zehetmair, and since then it has become an integral part of the overall cultural events in the district.
Numerous participants from many countries in Europe, Asia and Africa will present music, dance, theater and folklore in their respective country-specific forms.
Of course, there is also a comprehensive range of local gastronomy and numerous market stalls invite visitors to try international specialties.
At the same time, the district music school celebrates the "Europe Day of Music" and offers a colorful, musical supporting program for all age groups.
The district youth club has a great range of games for younger guests.
