A year after the collapse of a building in Surfside, Miami, the mayor of this city, Francis Suárez, recalled the tragedy.

In an interview with Ana María Mejía, Suárez specified that "there are incidents that change the dynamic completely" and that this will be one that "will change the responsibility of the authorities."
