The monthly tax credit extends to the care of children over 6 years old

This is good news that could concern tens of thousands of parents.

From the start of the school year in September, families who employ a person to look after their children over the age of 6 will in turn be able to benefit from the monthly payment of the tax credit for personal services, confirmed the Urssaf, Thursday.

They will no longer need to wait until the following year to receive this tax benefit which corresponds to 50% of the expenses incurred with an annual ceiling of 12,000 euros.

In other words, a real gain in purchasing power for the households concerned in this period of soaring prices.
