The two snake bites within an hour: a girl from the south and a man from the north in critical condition

A 10-year-old was badly injured after being bitten by a snake in the south.

She was brought in a private vehicle to the spot where there was a medical team, who evacuated her to Soroka Hospital in Be'er Sheva.

Shortly afterwards, the 79-year-old was taken to Ziv Hospital in Safed in critical condition, after being bitten as well

A girl from the south and a man from the north were evacuated tonight (Friday) in critical condition to hospitals, after being bitten by snakes.

Both cases occurred in less than an hour.

First, it was reported that the 10-year-old was bitten by a snake, and was brought in a private vehicle to a meeting point with medical staff.

The staff treated her and evacuated her to Soroka Medical Center in Be'er Sheva.

A 79-year-old man was then taken to Ziv Medical Center in Safed, after he too had been bitten by a snake.
