The company's CEO ,
Friedrich Joussen
(59), made use of his right to resign from his position as a member of the board of directors early on September 30, surprisingly on Friday in Hanover.
The Executive Committee of the Supervisory Board proposes the previous CFO Sebastian Ebel
as his successor
.
His position is to be taken over by the previous head of controlling,
Mathias Kiep
.
