The US Supreme Court has overturned a ruling on abortion rights.
Each state can now set its own rules.
WASHINGTON DC - The US Supreme Court has overturned the country's five-decade abortion law.
On Friday (June 24), the Supreme Court, the majority of which was made up of conservative judges, reversed the landmark decision “Roe v.
Wade” from 1973.
The decision does not make abortion illegal, but states now have the freedom to allow, limit, or ban abortion.
