The Al-Fida gin in Hama has completed the supply of ginned cotton machines resulting from the ginning of the beloved cotton for the current season to the general spinning and weaving companies in the various governorates.
The director of the gin, Engineer Osama Kayyal, said in a statement to SANA reporter that 4530 cotton ginned machines were supplied with a weight of 877 tons to the Sahel, Jableh Al-Qadim and Al-Waleed companies in Homs, indicating that the gin had shipped, during the last period, 292 tons of agricultural seeds resulting from the operations of ginning the beloved cotton to the two breeding branches. Seeds in the governorates of Raqqa and Deir ez-Zor to be distributed to farmers during the next season.
He pointed out that 113 tons of agricultural seeds, which were converted into industrial seeds, were also supplied to the Homs Sugar Company, and 847 tons of agricultural seeds produced during the past seasons, which became industrial seeds, were shipped to the companies of Neirab, Hama and Homs oils, according to prior approvals by the General Organization for Hajj. Cotton marketing.
It is noteworthy that the Al-Fida gin received during the current season 2,344 tons of the beloved cotton from the farmers of the Raqqa and Deir Ezzor governorates, which were completely ginned.
