The bus drivers' protest is escalating and after three weeks of struggle over their terms of employment and personal safety - traffic disruptions are expected almost all over the country tomorrow.

"The state will burn in the biggest drivers 'strike we have known," they warn in a statement from the National Union of Drivers' Union.

According to the workers' organizations, the strike is being carried out due to the refusal of Transport Minister Meirav Michaeli to meet with the drivers and discuss with them their demands and the imminent reform.
