Suspicion of hate crime against a LGBT man in Norway: Two people were killed and 19 were injured during a shooting spree at a gay club last night (Friday-Saturday) in the capital Oslo. It is not clear, but a suspicion has been investigated that this is a hate crime.
The incident took place at a gay bar "London" in central Oslo, around 02:00 at night (Israel time).
According to testimonies from people at the venue, the shooter arrived at the "London" bar and started firing at the passers-by at the venue.
From there he continued to a nearby jazz club, and continued firing at passersby.
He was eventually arrested by police and civilians who followed him on a nearby street.

According to a number of eyewitnesses the shooter used an automatic weapon.
"It would be an accurate shot," one of the passers-by told the local press, "I saw wounded with head injuries lying on the floor."

Oslo police said only one person carried out the shooting.
According to a local police spokesman, the police arrested the suspect about five minutes after receiving the initial report of the shooting.
Police said this morning (Saturday) that the background is in fact still unclear, and all directions of the investigation are being investigated, including suspicion of a hate crime against LGBT people.
