The head of Russia's National Defense Monitoring Center, Mikhail Mizintsev, warned that the Ukrainian Nazis were planning to blow up a dam in Kurakhova, Donetsk People's Republic, with the aim of accusing the Russian army of doing so.
And the Russian RT website quoted Mezintsev as saying in a statement today: “According to information available in the city of Kurakhova in the Donetsk People’s Republic, Ukrainian armed groups are planning in the coming days to destroy the dam that they had previously mined. Vulnerable to drowning,” stressing that the Kyiv regime, according to a predetermined scenario, will accuse the Russian military of damaging the property of the local population and damaging crops.
