To celebrate the 25th anniversary of Hong Kong's return to the motherland, the Police Force specially produced "Protect My City.
25 Years Together" documentary will be broadcast on the evening of July 2 (next Saturday).
The police said that through the stories of different characters in the film, it shows that the police force has been walking with the public.
There is even a scene in the film where the first four "first brothers" after the reunification, namely Xu Qi'an, Tsang Yinpei, Li Mingkui and Deng Jingcheng, turned out to have appeared together in the same job.

Hong Kong returned to China on July 1, 1997, and served as the last Royal Hong Kong Police Commissioner Xu Qi'an in the British Hong Kong government. He successfully transitioned to the SAR government. On January 2, 2001, he handed over the baton to Tsang Yam-pui, and then by Li Mingkui in 2003. He was promoted to Director on December 10, and Deng Jingcheng became the fourth "first brother" to return on January 16, 2007, until his retirement on January 10, 2011.
The police "collected" the photos of the four people appearing on the same occasion at the same time, which will appear in the documentary with commentary.
Xu Qi'an became the Commissioner of the Royal Hong Kong Police Force on July 3, 1994. He was the second Chinese to serve as the Commissioner of the British Hong Kong Government, besides Li Junxia. He was the longest serving Chinese Commissioner of the Police Force. It is also one of the longest in history. He handled major events such as the return of Hong Kong within 7 years of his tenure. He retired in 2001 and was awarded the Golden Bauhinia Star in the same year.
He died in Queen Mary Hospital on May 3, 2009 due to liver cancer spreading to other organs of the body and complications. Therefore, the photo of the four brothers on the same occasion cannot be "copied".
