Tunisian security forces announced the arrest of eight ISIS terrorists in the Carthage area of the capital, Tunis.
Tunisian media quoted the ministry as saying in a statement today: “National security forces in Carthage arrested the eight women after a dispute that broke out in one of the western neighborhoods of the vineyard, which turned into an exchange of incendiary materials, as the raid of the house led to the arrest of two women in the first stage before discovering a secret room inside the house.” It has six other women wanted by security.”
The ministry indicated that the National Unit for Research on Terrorism and Organized Crime has begun investigations with all the arrested women.
The Tunisian forces have been conducting campaigns for several years to track down terrorist groups belonging to cells affiliated with the terrorist organizations (Al-Qaeda) and (ISIS).
