Russian State Duma speaker Vyacheslav Volodin called on residents of Ukraine not to rush to throw away Russian-language textbooks so that they do not have to look for them later.
Volodin wrote on his account on the Telegram channel, and Russia Today reported that in the Odessa region, they confiscated textbooks in the Russian language and Russian literature, and all Russian writers were excluded from the educational program. It is the restoration of rights and freedoms for citizens who wish to speak and study their native Russian language.
Volodin stressed that Ukrainian officials must be held accountable for violating the rights of the people in their country.
