Al-Akha Charity Association in the city of Qamishli, with the support of the United Nations Development Program, held an exhibition of dairy products within the livelihood project.
The head of the association, Dr. Muhammad Sharif Muhammad, said in a statement to SANA reporter that the exhibition, which was held at the association’s headquarters on the Corniche Street, aims to display animal products, such as municipal ghee, yoghurt, quill and cheese of all kinds, as part of the livelihoods project, which targeted 100 rural families who underwent production courses under the supervision of specialists, in addition to providing them with tools The manufacturing, including a stove, a mill, and a churn, which helps the beneficiaries to be self-sufficient.
In turn, the supervisor, Adel Suleiman, indicated that the aim of the exhibition is to encourage the farmer to produce milk products with good specifications and scientific methods that enabled him, with the same effort, to increase production quantities of milk products.
