This coming Sunday, July 3, registration for the second "Discounted Apartment" lottery will open and about 5,500 housing units will be offered for sale in 25 localities across the country.
It will close on July 17 at midnight.
Eligible to register are all the homeless who have a valid certificate of eligibility.
Among the cities in which apartments will be drawn - Eilat, Ashdod, Elad, Beit Shemesh, Deir Hanna, Haifa, Jerusalem, Nazareth, Araba, Ramat Gan, Rosh HaAyin, Sderot, Arad, Mitzpe Ramon, and more.
Eligible can register for all the raffles offered in only three cities.
The lottery will be open to those eligible for eight days.
The lottery results are expected to be delivered to the winners in August.
It is important to emphasize that the possibility of issuing an eligibility certificate (valid for one year) will be open until July 7, after which it will not be possible to issue certificates until the lottery registration closes.
The certificate can be issued online through the program website or through online forms on the membership sites, or through the service centers.
The issuance process takes up to 10 days - if all the relevant approvals have been transferred.

The Israel Land Authority and the Ministry of Construction and Housing say that during the year, about 30,000 units will be raffled off to eligible people (young couples and the homeless), at significant discounts.
"Balancing the housing market"
It will be recalled that in the first lottery of a "discounted apartment" held in April, 10,053 households won, out of about 120,000 who registered.
This is the highest number of registrants ever for this type of lottery.
From the end of the registration for the first lottery until today, about 20,000 new eligible people have joined.
Minister of Construction and Housing, Zeev Elkin: "As we promised, we are continuing the discounted apartment lotteries in order to balance the housing market and offer young couples and the homeless the opportunity to purchase an apartment at a significant discount of hundreds of thousands of shekels."
The firm's CEO, Aviad Friedman: “We will continue to work to promote moves in the housing market in Israel, increase the number of marketers and work with the authorities and offer solutions to young couples.
"I ask everyone who meets the eligibility rules not to wait until the last minute, get the eligibility certificates in advance so that you can register in time for the lottery."
