Suddenly awakened from his
"brain death",
the Alliance found a threatening enemy, hence its raison d'être.
Its members no longer dithered on the urgency of increasing their military budgets and agreed on the need to strengthen the European pillar of the building, whether or not the label of Europe of defense was stuck on it.
The countries on the eastern flank saw Western reinforcements pouring in, while two new candidates presented themselves at the door, ready to exchange their neutrality for an additional 1,350 km of border between NATO and Russia.
Above all, the Thirty were united behind the Ukraine, delivering their most sophisticated armaments and swearing to defeat the brute of the Kremlin.
At the start of the fifth month of conflict, two dangers await this solid assembly.
