Seven people were killed and 5 others were injured today in a traffic accident in the Egyptian capital, Cairo.
The Egyptian newspaper Al-Ahram quoted the Operations Room of the General Administration of Rescue as saying that the traffic accident resulted from the collision of a transport truck and a passenger bus, killing 7 people and injuring 5 others.
The rescue operations indicated that the excessive speed that the truck driver was traveling in caused the accident.
