After two decades in which no new neighborhoods were established in Haifa, a new neighborhood is currently being established in Haifa - "Givat Zemer" - overlooking the sea and the slopes of the Carmel.
"Givat Zemer" kisses the Ramat Almogi neighborhood to the west and Ramot Sapir to the north, and is located a few minutes away from the center of Horev, and from the center of Neve Sha'anan and Ramat Hen.
