The 16 men arrested in the same case were aged between 22 and 43; 2 of them were locals and the rest were non-Chinese.
Police said the six men involved in the case, arrested this morning, belonged to the gang members on the side of the shooting, and their roles included the registered owner, driver, passenger, and those suspected of burning down the vehicle later.
In addition to the other involved vehicle found near Dajiangpu this morning, another seven-person vehicle in the case was burned down after the incident, and the police are still looking for the remaining seven-person vehicle.

The crime and anti-triad operation has raided a total of more than 2,270 places in the early hours of this morning, including bars, sparrow halls, nightclubs, game centers and other places, and arrested 1,088 people for crimes including wounding, possession of offensive weapons , drug trafficking, management of prostitution establishments and unlicensed massage parlors, etc.
Earlier in the case, eight men had been charged with "attempting wounding with intent" and "possessing an offensive weapon". Another six were detained for investigation and one was released on bail pending further investigation. The other was handed over to the police due to identity issues.
Police stressed that the case is still under investigation and that more arrests cannot be ruled out.
