Operations at German airports have been stagnant for weeks.
Lufthansa is also struggling with problems.
An insider is now making serious allegations against the airline.
Frankfurt – A flight attendant from Lufthansa has commented on the current chaos in the aviation industry.
In an interview with Focus Online, the employee of the German airline made serious allegations.
The anonymous insider also gave insights into how air traffic should continue.
The situation of the staff at Lufthansa is "really, really bad," said the flight attendant.
The employees would mainly suffer from constant changes in the flight schedule.
This insecurity leads to physical and mental stress, according to the insider.
The Lufthansa employee also expressed empathy for the airline's passengers, who were not sufficiently informed, as reported by fnp.de.

Chaos in air traffic: Lufthansa employees on the future in the industry
Chaos has reigned in the aviation industry for weeks.
Travelers report long waiting times at baggage claim at Frankfurt Airport.
The reason for the problems is the lack of employees, many of whom were laid off during the corona pandemic.
The airlines are also struggling with this, with Lufthansa repeatedly canceling flights.
However, according to the anonymous flight attendant, this could have been avoided.
For the past nine months, Lufthansa has been warned internally about the problems that will plague the 2022 summer vacation.
The employee described the company's lack of action to Focus Online as total mismanagement.
The situation that has arisen as a result should therefore continue for a longer period of time.
"I think this is just the beginning, it's only going to get worse," the insider said.
After all, the employees in baggage handling should now receive more money.
