During an identity check at Freising train station, a 32-year-old slapped one of the police officers.
The reason: a failed rendezvous in the evening.
On Friday, around 10:40 p.m.,
a
31-year-old man
crossed the pedestrian traffic light at
Freising train station
in front of a
police patrol when it was red .
When asked about this, he showed little understanding for the admonition by the police.
During the further identity check, a 32-year-old woman from Vilsbiburg
, who had observed the incident , suddenly and unexpectedly
interfered and loudly disturbed the check.
She was asked several times to stop doing this and to leave.
When an officer finally tried to push the lady aside, she pulled out and gave the
officer a resounding slap
in the face and started to flee.
Freising: The accused was drunk and emotionally upset
She was caught up a little later by the patrol crew and brought to the ground, where she continued to defend herself as best she could.
Eventually she was overpowered and taken to the police station.
As a result of this attack and the further action of resistance, both officers suffered abrasions on their knees and once a bruise on the left side of their faces.
In addition, the headset of the radio device that was carried was destroyed by the blow that was carried out.
At that time, the
accused was
heavily intoxicated
with 1.0 per mille
and later apologized for her behavior.
The reason she gave was that she was very upset because of a failed rendezvous in the evening. Nevertheless, she is facing criminal proceedings for assault, resistance against law enforcement officers and intentional bodily harm.
