An emergency occurred at the Hong Kong International Airport. At about 3 pm today (27th), a Hong Kong Express (HK Express) flight from Taipei to Hong Kong was reported to have to make an emergency landing due to smoke in the cabin.
After receiving the report, the fire department dispatched 6 ambulances to the scene. Luckily, the aircraft finally landed safely. The cause of the incident is yet to be investigated, and no one was injured initially.
The incident was lifted at 3:18 pm.
It is reported that the aircraft involved is UO111.
