The Novel Coronavirus Infection Response and Coordination Center said that 96 new nucleic acid positive cases were reported yesterday, of which 50 were found in the community and 46 were found in control.
As of 8:00 this morning, the authorities have followed up a total of 8,283 people through epidemiological investigations.
Macau will conduct the third round of nationwide nucleic acid testing from 9 am this morning to 6 pm the next day.
Authorities reminded residents to take a rapid antigen test before going to the national nucleic acid testing station.
If the test result is negative, when entering the inspection station, you must present a health code with a negative rapid antigen test result or a photo of the negative test result, otherwise you will not be able to enter the station.
After completing the test, each resident will be given 5 antigen test kits and 10 KN 95 masks for free.
The authorities also strongly appealed that in order to reduce the flow and reduce the risk of cross-infection, the national inspections should strictly implement appointments, and residents should not cross-regional inspections and avoid using public transportation.
