Get ready: Registration for the "Discounted Apartment" will open on Sunday
Registration for the second raffle of the program that helps young couples purchase a discounted housing unit will open next week, and will last for two weeks.
The winners will be notified in August.

The Israel Land Authority and the Ministry of Construction and Housing announced this evening (Monday) that registration for the "discounted apartment" lottery will open this coming Sunday.
Registration closes on Sunday two weeks later, on July 17 at midnight.
In the lottery, about 5,500 housing units will be raffled off in 25 localities throughout the country.
By the end of the year, an additional 15,000 housing units are expected to be drawn for the lottery.
As was the case in the previous lottery, those eligible can register for three cities, and for all the lotteries in these cities.
The date of registration for the lottery does not matter, and its results are expected to be delivered to the winners in August.
In the first "discounted apartment" lottery, which took place in April, 10,053 households won, and about 120,000 were registered as eligible - the highest number of registrants ever.
From the end of the registration for the first lottery until today, about 20,000 new eligible people have joined.
In the upcoming lottery, apartments will be offered in Eilat, Ashdod, Elad, Beit Shemesh, Deir Hanna, Haifa, Jerusalem, Nazareth, Araba, Ramat Gan, Rosh HaAyin, Sderot, Arad, Mitzpe Ramon.

The eligibility certificate can be issued online through the program website.
Those who can not register online can register a digital registration remotely via online forms on the companies' websites or through the service centers by phone: Alonim * 2850, Milgam * 6078, Amidar * 6266.
The cost of issuing the certificate is NIS 240, and the procedure takes up to ten days in cases where all the relevant certificates have been transferred, in some cases there may be delays.
