To this end, a designated additional amount of NIS 4.5 million will be allocated each year.
These are about 80,000 students who will be eligible to join the program and hundreds of such institutions.
The ministries agreed that as needed, the budget framework would be expanded.
The plan is part of a broader plan designed by the Ministry of Finance regarding education in the ultra-Orthodox sector and which appeared in the draft Budget Arrangements Law for 2023.
