A train driver was killed and five others were injured when an express train collided with a locomotive in eastern Czech Republic today.
Rescue teams told AFP that the accident occurred at the Bohomen station, 300 km east of Prague.
The local emergency service confirmed on its website that the lives of all the injured are not in danger.
The accident brought trains to a standstill on the main railway line between Prague and Warsaw.
