Puerto Rico accuses lack of rain and begins to ration water in five municipalities

The lack of rain in Puerto Rico has caused the reservoirs to find themselves with little water and the island government has begun to ration the vital liquid in five municipalities.

Weather forecasts don't expect precipitation, so some residents have started forecasting.
