It is in this sense that the movement which has trained thousands of young people each year since the 11th century in around thirty manual trades (painter, mason, baker, shoemaker, gardener-landscaper, etc.) is organizing a colloquium on housing of tomorrow, sustainable and ecological with round tables on eco-design, reuse, regulations and claims.

The event brings together a large panel of personalities from the world of business, security, but also engineers and training partners.

We have to carry out a permanent reflection on our professions and on the way in which the Companions adapt their training
”, continues Jean-Luc Quesnot.
Mentoring remains a reference for manual training: 6,500 young people turned to the institution in September 2021, versus 4,700 two years earlier before the crisis.
