"The worst is when they burn the cables..." The residents of Chemin de la Princesse, in Neuville-sur-Oise, located above the banks of the Oise, are the first neighbors of the Roma camp set up for several years in the market gardening plain of Cergy, on the other side of the bank.
A camp which, according to them, brings together 70 to 80 caravans or cabins, out of sight behind the high palisades erected with the means at hand.
