2 civilians were killed and 4 others were wounded as a result of Ukrainian shelling on the territory of the Luhansk Republic during the last 24 hours.
The TASS news agency quoted the mission of the Luhansk People's Republic at the Joint Ceasefire Monitoring and Coordination Center as saying in a statement today, "Units of the Ukrainian Armed Forces twice bombed populated sites in Zmogori and Svetlodarsk using Tochka-U missiles and anti-tank grenade launchers, which led Two civilians were killed and four others were wounded.
The Ukrainian army and the ultra-nationalist factions carry out on a daily basis artillery and missile shelling targeting residential neighborhoods, civilian facilities and vital infrastructure facilities in the Lugansk and Donetsk republics.
