The Russian President's Special Envoy to the Middle East and Africa, Mikhail Bogdanov, discussed with Syria's Ambassador to Moscow, Dr. Riad Haddad, the situation in Syria and ways to enhance bilateral cooperation between the two countries.
The Russian Foreign Ministry said in a statement today that the two sides exchanged views on the development of the situation in Syria, with a focus on tasks and procedures to solve the crisis in it. They also discussed ways to enhance cooperation between the two countries.
