Ingredients:
a pound of minced meat (300 grams of ribs 200 grams of asado)
4 hamburger rolls
1 tablespoon olive oil
half a green pepper (gamba) cut into small cubes
1 chopped onion
3 cloves crushed garlic
1 tablespoon tomato paste
32 cups ketchup or barbecue sauce
31 cups water
1 tablespoon brown sugar
1 tablespoon mustard
1 teaspoon dried chili
1 tablespoon salt
1 teaspoon black pepper
Preparation:
Heat a pan with the oil over medium heat and fry the meat for about 5 minutes.
You can mix with a fork to crumble the meat.
2. Transfer the meat to a colander - to drain the liquids.
Meanwhile - fry the onion in a pan until transparent and add the garlic.
4. Return the meat to the pan and the puree and stir.
5. Add the rest of the ingredients, mix and cook for about 15 minutes to combine the flavors
. 6. Sear the bun in a pan and season with the vegetables and sauces you like.
It is recommended to serve with potato and sweet potato chips.
