Russia undertook to respond in response to the expulsion of 70 Russian diplomats from Bulgaria.
The Russia Today website quoted the Russian Foreign Ministry as saying in a statement, "The Russian side will respond to Bulgaria's actions," stressing that it will "provide an appropriate response."
Bulgarian Prime Minister Kirill Petkov announced earlier today the expulsion of 70 Russian diplomats for allegedly engaging in espionage activities.
Yesterday, Russia expelled eight Greek diplomats from its territory because of the Greek hostile measures of continuing to supply the Kyiv regime with weapons.
