Following requests from non-profit organizations and non-parliamentary organizations, the State Attorney's Office allowed the agreements with state witnesses to be published in cases against former Prime Minister Netanyahu.

The State Attorney's Office decided today (Tuesday) to remove the restraining order from the state witness agreements of Nir Hefetz and Shlomo Pilber in the Alps cases.

The publication was approved, following requests from non-profit organizations and non-parliamentary organizations.

In exchange for state witness agreements, the State Attorney's Office refrained from filing indictments in their case.

The agreements indicate that Hefetz and Pilber have agreed to be permanently removed from public office, and Pilber himself will be subject to disciplinary action in a state commission tribunal.

His prosecution will be possible after the end of his testimony and examination by the State Attorney's Office if he has complied with the terms of the agreement.

It further states that Pilbar's license will be revoked for five years.

His partner, Ilanit Pilber, will testify with the police in agreement regarding the cases in which Netanyahu was involved.

Hefetz provided, as part of the agreement, a summary of information detailing the involvement of Sarah and Yair Netanyahu in the various cases.

Hefetz, for example, said that "he was present at a number of meetings between the then prime minister Netanyahu, his wife and their son Yair, during which they discussed the give-and-take relationship with Shaul Elowitz."
