Robert Mali, Biden's special envoy to Iran's affairs, arrived in Doha ahead of indirect talks with Iranians • UN envoy is expected to mediate between the parties

The indirect talks between the United States and Iran on a final wording for Washington's return to the 2015 nuclear deal are expected to begin today (Tuesday) in Doha, the capital of Qatar, after an ongoing EU effort to bring about a breakthrough in the talks.

Robert Mali, President Biden's special envoy on Iran, arrived in Doha to take part in negotiations and, according to reports from the Arab state, Ali Bagari Kaani is also expected to arrive in Doha to attend talks.

Ahead of the talks, President Biden's National Security Adviser Jake Sullivan said "there is a ready agreement on the table and Iran needs to decide whether to accept it or not. In our view, the diplomatic way is best to reach the goal of preventing Iran from becoming a nuclear threat."

Negotiations will take place through the envoy of the European Union and the UN Security Council, Enrique Moreh, who will deliver messages between the two negotiating teams. Iran's supreme leader, Ali Khamenei, has banned all direct negotiations with the United States in the past

. Giving up, the talks are going to deal with three main issues and that is the US sanctions on Iran and their removal, removal of the Revolutionary Guards organization from the list of terrorist organizations and American guarantees for the US 'stay in the future agreement.
