The decision of the judicial office came following the complaint filed in late April by her husband, assisted by the lawyer Salvatore Piccolo, according to which the effects of the contraceptive pill that the woman had started to take a few days before to die on the prescription of a doctor who qualified on the internet as a gynecologist, but who would not have the specialization.
An ordeal, that of the 34-year-old employee of an equal school, which her husband discovered a few weeks after her death, which was immediately classified as a natural death due to cardiac arrest, so much so that no autopsy was performed on the body.
