The notice pointed out that on the 7th day of centralized isolation, specimens of people, objects, and environments (including oropharyngeal swabs, mobile phone surfaces, pillow surfaces, bathroom door handles, etc.) should be collected at the same time; Internal feedback test results, no longer implement "double sampling and double inspection".
If the nucleic acid test results of people, items and the environment are all negative, the centralized isolation can be lifted; if the items or the environment nucleic acid test is positive, the centralized isolation can also be lifted after the possibility of infection of the quarantined person has been ruled out.
The notice also pointed out that the centralized isolation management and health monitoring has been completed for 10 days, and the nucleic acid test result is negative, and the centralized isolation is immediately released; for the centralized isolation management for more than 7 days but less than 10 days, and the nucleic acid test result is negative. , you can lift the centralized isolation, and continue to complete home health monitoring for 1 to 3 days after returning to the community.
The notice requires that after receiving the notice, all localities should immediately adjust relevant prevention and control measures as required, standardize the isolation and management of close contacts, entry personnel and other risk personnel, and resolutely prevent layer-by-layer overweighting.
