The Old Town Festival was sorely missed.
It will take place again this Friday and Saturday – with Fischer's Happy Day for the primary school children in Erding.

Traditionally, the Fischer's Happy Day is the prelude to the Erdinger Altstadtfest, which this year takes place on Friday and Saturday, 1./2.
July, takes place.
Erding - City hall spokesman Christian Wanninger is now informing about the program and the origin of the festival.
On these two days, the entire city center is transformed into a huge beer garden.
The innkeepers of the downtown pubs provide live music on several stages, and there are also a wide variety of fierants with their specialties.
The music plays until midnight on both days, and drinks are served until 1 a.m.
A chain carousel turns on the Schrannenplatz.
In addition, from 4 p.m. to 7 p.m., face painting is on the program in front of the town hall.
Fischer's Happy Day commemorates the founders of the Fischer's Charity Foundation, Friedrich (1827-1890) and Katharina Fischer (1831-1894).
Fischer's Happy Day is part of the will and the procedure is set out in detail in it: after a service there should be "music and games", and the children will also be treated to two pairs of sausages and a liter of beer.
The approximately 1,200 elementary school students no longer get beer, instead they get lemonade and Viennese sausages.
Because the Swedish Games are currently taking place in front of the Beautiful Tower, an unusual program item is possible: the Circus Imago will be giving two 30-minute performances on the stage.
The city is asking all residents and road users to be prepared for roadblocks and diversions, and to remove cars from downtown.
